MODALITA’ DI PARTECIPAZIONE:
Nel periodo dal 27 agosto 2021 alle ore 12.00 del 10 settempre 2021, a tutti gli utenti internet
maggiorenni che siano già iscritti a Instagram prima dell’avvio del concorso verrà data la possibilità di
partecipare al presente concorso secondo le modalità di seguito descritte.
Per partecipare bisognerà accedere da mobile o desktop, alla pagina Instagram @philippemodelparis
(https://www.instagram.com/philippemodelparis/) e individuare il post pubblico relativo al presente
concorso che sarà pubblicato a partire dal 27 agosto 2021.
Tutti i Destinatari a seguito dell’accesso dovranno commentare il presente post indicando nel commento
se partecipano per la categoria Uomo oppure Donna, indicare l’hashtag #weareallsneakerspeople e
almeno 3 (tre) tag ad amici sempre nel commento.
Il termine ultimo per il rilascio del commento secondo le modalità sopra descritte ai fini concorsuali da
parte dei partecipanti sarà il giorno 10 settembre 2021 ore 12.00.
Sarà considerata valida un’unica partecipazione la prima valida per ogni Destinatari partecipante al
Concorso. I Destinatari dovranno essere follower della pagina @philippemodelparis. Sarà possibile per
un singolo utente rilasciare più commenti ma ai fini concorsuali sarà ritenuto valido solo il primo
commento valido rilasciato. La Promotrice si riserva pertanto di verificare ed annullare eventuali
partecipazioni successive alla prima riconducibili ad uno stesso utente partecipante; commenti successivi
al primo riconducibili ad una stessa identità potranno essere pertanto invalidati anche a posteriori e nel
caso di vincita la stessa verrà annullata e il premio assegnato ad una riserva.

Assegnazione
Entro il 14 settembre 2021, alla presenza di un notaio o del responsabile della tutela del consumatore e
della fede pubblica della Camera di Commercio, fra tutti i commenti corretti pervenuti verrà effettuata
un’estrazione manuale e casuale per la categoria Donne di n. 4 vincitori -più n.2 riserve per ognuno- e per
la categoria Uomini di n. 5 vincitori -più n.2 riserve per ognuno- (quindi complessivamente n. 9 vincitori
più n. 18 riserve) che si aggiudicheranno rispettivamente il premio consistente in:

Si ricorda e ribadisce inoltre che:

COMUNICAZIONI ED ACCETTAZIONE DI VINCITA
I vincitori saranno avvisati tramite messaggio in direct instagram e dovranno accettare il premio entro i
tempi e le modalità comunicate in fase di comunicazione di avviso vincita secondo le modalità che gli
saranno comunicate. Nel caso in cui il vincitore risultasse irreperibile o l’accettazione non risultasse
valida (a titolo esemplificativo per mancata risposta entro i tempi e le modalità richieste), il premio sarà
assegnato ad una riserva che dovrà convalidare a sua volta il premio con le modalità che gli saranno
indicate.
Le riserve saranno contattate in ordine di posizionamento solo nel momento in cui se ne renderà

incaricate dalla stessa, si riservano il diritto di procedere, nei termini giudicati più opportuni, e nel

▪ La Promotrice si riserva il diritto di squalificare un concorrente qualora siano stati messi in atto

La Società Promotrice e le terze parti incaricate dalla stessa, non si assumono alcuna responsabilità in
caso di mancato o tardivo recapito della comunicazione di vincita nel caso in cui si verifichi una delle
seguenti condizioni:
➢ Le impostazioni privacy impostate dall’account dell’utente impediscano la ricezione di messaggi;
➢ L’account dell’utente usato dal partecipante in fase di partecipazione risulti inesistente o disabilitato;
➢ Non vi sia risposta dall’host computer dopo l’invio della notifica della vincita.
▪ I premi saranno consegnati agli aventi diritto entro 180 giorni (sei mesi) dalla data di assegnazione.
▪ Tutti i premi in palio non potranno in nessun modo essere convertiti in gettoni d’oro o in denaro. La
Promotrice si riserva il diritto in caso i premi siano indisponibili per motivi indipendenti dalla facoltà
della Promotrice di fornire un premio di eguale o superiore valore con caratteristiche simili.
▪ I premi non sono cedibili.
▪ La Società Promotrice si riserva il diritto di annullare il presente Concorso in qualsiasi momento nonché
di modificare il presente regolamento senza preavviso, se richiesto da circostanze impreviste al di là del

▪ Cauzione: La Cauzione pari al 100% dell’ammontare dei premi posti in palio, di cui all’art. 7 del D.P.R.

▪ La Società Promotrice non intende esercitare il diritto di rivalsa della ritenuta alla fonte del 25%
prevista dall'art. 30 del D.P.R. n.600 del 29/9/73.
Philippe Model - PM S.r.l. garantisce che il trattamento dei dati personali forniti dai partecipanti, che
dichiarano di essere maggiorenni, in relazione alla presente manifestazione a premi è effettuato nel

Beneficiaries: The initiative is addressed to users, already of legal age, already registered to Instagram
before the start of the contest.
Duration: Communication from August 21st, 2021. Participation from August 27th, 2021 until 12.00 PM of
September 10th, 2021. Verbalization before September 14th, 2021.
RULES FOR PARTECIPATION:
In the period from August 27th, 2021 until the 12.00 PM of September 10th, 2021, to all the internet users
of legal age already registered to Instagram before the start of the contest will be given the possibility to
take part in current contest, according to the following rules.
To participate you must access from mobile or desktop to the @philippemodelparis Instagram page
(https://www.instagram.com/philippemodelparis/) and find the public post related to the current
contest that will be published from August 27th, 2021.
After the access, all the beneficiaries must comment the post writing inside the comment if they are
participating for the Man or Woman category, using the #weareallsneakerspeople hashtag and tag at least
3 (three) friends in the same comment.
The deadline for the comment following the aforementioned procedures must be September 10th, 2021 at
12:00 PM.
Only one participation will be considered valid, the first valid one for every participant to the contest. The
beneficiaries must be following the @philippemodelparis page. It will be possible for every single user to
write more comments but, in regard to the contest, only the first comment will be considered valid. The
Promotrice therefore reserves to verify and cancel eventual subsequent participations after the first one
coming from the same participant; subsequent comments linked to the same user could therefore be
invalidated even afterwards and even in case of victory it could be cancelled and the prize will be given to
a reserve.
A specifically developed software will register all the comments received within the period of the contest.
The comments shall not be against public morality, common decency or offensive in regards to things or
people; therefore in these cases the Società Promotrice or third party indicated by the same, will reserve
the right to delete them in any moment, and it’s unquestionable judgment.

Before September 14th, 2021, at the presence of a lawyer or of a responsible for consumer protection

outside the required time and methods), the prize will be assigned to a reserve, which must validate the

Furthermore are excluded from participating to the contest and will not be able to benefit from the
potential win of a prize all those users that, following the unquestionable judgment of the Società

violation of the normal course of the initiative. The Società Promotrice or the third party indicated by the
same will reserve the right to proceed, within the most appropriate terms and in respect of the current
legislation, and limit or inhibit every initiative aimed at bypassing the system.
▪ The Promotrice reserves the right to disqualify a contestant in the event of behaviors against the system
of the game (comprehensive, but not limited to, hacking, creating temporary or fake accounts, multiple
participations, etc.). These specific participations will be subjected to evaluations.
There are no territorial limitations for participants, for this reason entries can be submitted from all over

➢ The user’s account used by the participant during the contest appears non-existent or deactivated.
➢ There is no response by the computer host after the submission of the win notification.
▪ The prizes will be delivered to the beneficiaries within 180 days (six months) from the grant date.
▪ All the available prizes cannot in any way be converted in gold tokens or money. The Promotrice will
reserve the right, in the case of unavailability of prizes for reasons unrelated to the Promotrice, to give a
prize of equal or superior value with similar characteristics.
▪ Prizes are not transferable.
▪ The Società Promotrice will reserve the right to cancel the current contest in any moment and to modify
the current regulation without prior notification, if required by unforeseen circumstances behind

I vincitori saranno avvisati tramite messaggio in direct instagram e dovranno accettare il premio entro i
tempi e le modalità comunicate in fase di comunicazione di avviso vincita secondo le modalità che gli
saranno comunicate. Nel caso in cui il vincitore risultasse irreperibile o l’accettazione non risultasse
valida (a titolo esemplificativo per mancata risposta entro i tempi e le modalità richieste), il premio sarà
assegnato ad una riserva che dovrà convalidare a sua volta il premio con le modalità che gli saranno
indicate.
Le riserve saranno contattate in ordine di posizionamento solo nel momento in cui se ne renderà

oggetto di verifiche. Non ci sono limitazioni territoriali alla residenza o domicilio dei partecipanti,

Beneficiaries: The initiative is addressed to users, already of legal age, already registered to Instagram
before the start of the contest.
Duration: Communication from August 21st, 2021. Participation from August 27th, 2021 until 12.00 PM of
September 10th, 2021. Verbalization before September 14th, 2021.
RULES FOR PARTECIPATION:
In the period from August 27th, 2021 until the 12.00 PM of September 10th, 2021, to all the internet users
of legal age already registered to Instagram before the start of the contest will be given the possibility to
take part in current contest, according to the following rules.
To participate you must access from mobile or desktop to the @philippemodelparis Instagram page
(https://www.instagram.com/philippemodelparis/) and find the public post related to the current
contest that will be published from August 27th, 2021.
After the access, all the beneficiaries must comment the post writing inside the comment if they are
participating for the Man or Woman category, using the #weareallsneakerspeople hashtag and tag at least
3 (three) friends in the same comment.
The deadline for the comment following the aforementioned procedures must be September 10th, 2021 at
12:00 PM.
Only one participation will be considered valid, the first valid one for every participant to the contest. The
beneficiaries must be following the @philippemodelparis page. It will be possible for every single user to
write more comments but, in regard to the contest, only the first comment will be considered valid. The
Promotrice therefore reserves to verify and cancel eventual subsequent participations after the first one
coming from the same participant; subsequent comments linked to the same user could therefore be
invalidated even afterwards and even in case of victory it could be cancelled and the prize will be given to
a reserve.
A specifically developed software will register all the comments received within the period of the contest.
The comments shall not be against public morality, common decency or offensive in regards to things or
people; therefore in these cases the Società Promotrice or third party indicated by the same, will reserve
the right to delete them in any moment, and it’s unquestionable judgment.
Awarding
Before September 14th, 2021, at the presence of a lawyer or of a responsible for consumer protection
and the public trust of the Camera di Commercio, between all the correct comments received, a manual
and casual draw will be held. For the Woman category there will be n. 4 winners – plus n. 2 reserves for
each – and for the Man category there will be n. 5 winners - plus n. 2 reserves for each – (so a total of n. 9
winners plus n. 18 reserves) that will win respectively a prize consisting in:

COMMUNICATIONS AND ACCEPTANCE OF WIN
The winners will be contacted via a direct message on Instagram and must accept the prize within the
timeframe and the methods communicated during the communication phase. In the case in which the
winner proves to be unreachable or the acceptance is found invalid (for example if the answer is given
outside the required time and methods), the prize will be assigned to a reserve, which must validate the
prize following the methods communicated.
The reserves will be contacted following the positioning only in the occasion of necessity.
Furthermore note that:

Furthermore are excluded from participating to the contest and will not be able to benefit from the
potential win of a prize all those users that, following the unquestionable judgment of the Società
Promotrice or third party indicated by the same, prove to be winners in suspicious, fraudulent ways or in
violation of the normal course of the initiative. The Società Promotrice or the third party indicated by the
same will reserve the right to proceed, within the most appropriate terms and in respect of the current
legislation, and limit or inhibit every initiative aimed at bypassing the system.
▪ The Promotrice reserves the right to disqualify a contestant in the event of behaviors against the system
of the game (comprehensive, but not limited to, hacking, creating temporary or fake accounts, multiple
participations, etc.). These specific participations will be subjected to evaluations.
There are no territorial limitations for participants, for this reason entries can be submitted from all over
the world.
▪ The Promotrice will reserve, prior to the validation of victory, to verify if the user is a follower of the
Instagram page of the Promotore; eventual irregularities will make the right to receive the prize decay
and in that case the win will fall in favor of one of the reserves.

The Società Promotrice and the third parties indicated by the same, will not take any responsibility in
case of failed or delayed reception of the communication of the win in the case of one of the following
conditions:
➢ The privacy preferences set by the user’s account will prevent the reception of messages;
➢ The user’s account used by the participant during the contest appears non-existent or deactivated.
➢ There is no response by the computer host after the submission of the win notification.
▪ The prizes will be delivered to the beneficiaries within 180 days (six months) from the grant date.
▪ All the available prizes cannot in any way be converted in gold tokens or money. The Promotrice will
reserve the right, in the case of unavailability of prizes for reasons unrelated to the Promotrice, to give a
prize of equal or superior value with similar characteristics.
▪ Prizes are not transferable.
▪ The Società Promotrice will reserve the right to cancel the current contest in any moment and to modify
the current regulation without prior notification, if required by unforeseen circumstances behind
