TIPOLOGIA E DENOMINAZIONE Concorso a premi denominato “Gioca e Vinci con l’Aeroporto di Cagliari” (di seguito Concorso). DURATA Il Concorso ha svolgimento complessivamente dal 15 novembre 2021 al 31 dicembre 2021 (di seguito Durata). La verbalizzazione delle vincite conseguite, inclusa l’estrazione a recupero e finale, è prevista entro il 15 gennaio 2022 SCOPO DEL CONCORSO Il Concorso viene svolto con lo scopo di gratificare i Partecipanti. DESTINATARI Il Concorso è rivolto a tutti i consumatori finali, maggiorenni al momento della partecipazione. Sono esclusi dalla partecipazione tutti i dipendenti e gli operatori muniti di tesserino aeroportuale che prestano servizio a qualsiasi titolo presso l’aeroporto di Cagliari, i dipendenti e collaboratori del Promotore, del Delegato e di tutte le società coinvolte nella realizzazione del Concorso. AVVERTENZE Si dichiara che il server di gestione del Concorso è ubicato in Italia e che i dati dei Partecipanti saranno salvati su tale server. MODALITÀ DI PARTECIPAZIONE Al fine di raggiungere lo scopo descritto, il Promotore organizza il Concorso rivolto a tutti i Partecipanti, come precedentemente definiti, che avrà svolgimento come di seguito specificato. Una volta atterrati sul sito dedicato al concorso ai Partecipanti sarà richiesto di: ➢ procedere alla registrazione compilando la maschera presente con tutti i dati richiesti come obbligatori; ➢ accettare il regolamento, prendere visione dell’Informativa Privacy e rilasciare l’eventuale consenso a ricevere comunicazioni di marketing. A seguito della registrazione, ciascun Partecipante dovrà rispondere ad una domanda, scelte in modalità totalmente casuale tra un numero predefinito di domande, caratterizzata da 3 risposte (A, B e C ovvero 1, 2 o 3) delle quali solamente una risulterà corretta. I Partecipanti dovranno, quindi, selezionare una sola opzione di risposta che riterranno essere quella corretta e confermarne l’invio. Ciascun Partecipante potrà giocare massino n. 1 (una) volta al giorno per ciascun giorno di concorso. Qualora la risposta risulti corretta, il partecipante visualizzerà un pulsante di gioco con l’invito a partecipare: cliccando sul pulsante interattivo di gioco, il Partecipante attiverà il sistema software di gestione del Concorso e potrà verificare l’eventuale vincita di uno dei premi in palio. Estrazione finale Tutti i Partecipanti che avranno preso parte alla fase instant win risultando o meno vincitori di un premio, prenderanno, automaticamente, parte all’estrazione del premio finale. Al termine della Durata, il Promotore predisporrà un apposito tabulato riportante tutti i Partecipanti in regola, da utilizzare per l’estrazione. ASSEGNAZIONE ED ESTRAZIONE Il/i verbale/i di assegnazione delle vincite conseguite dai Partecipanti sarà/anno predisposto/i con cadenza periodica da concordare con il pubblico ufficiale incaricato (notaio del Collegio Notarile di Milano o Funzionario incaricato dalla Camera di Commercio di Milano) e comunque entro il 15 gennaio 2022, a Milano, presso la sede del Delegato o altra sede da definire: a tal fine il soggetto promotore fornirà i dati dei vincitori. Qualora al termine del Concorso risultassero non assegnati, non riconosciuti per inadempienza o non ritirati alcuni dei premi in palio, gli stessi saranno rimessi in palio tra tutti i Partecipanti che non siano risultati vincitori di alcun premio nell’intera Durata. COMUNICAZIONI E CONSEGNA DEI PREMI Premi Instant Win I Partecipanti risultati vincitori di un premio in instant win riceveranno una e-mail contestualmente alla risposta del software dell’instant win riportante le indicazioni da seguire per ritirare il premio. In particolare il Partecipante risultato vincitore dovrà entro 7 giorni solari dalla data della comunicazione della vincita A) ritirare personalmente (non sarà possibile delegare terzi al ritiro) il premio spettante presso i negozi ISOLA, negli orari di apertura dei punti vendita, ubicati all’interno dell’aeroporto Elmas SO.G.AER. By clicking on the interactive game button, the Participant will activate the Competition management software system and will be able to check whether they have won one of the offered prizes. It is noted that the click made on the interactive game button has the sole purpose of activating the software and that the prizes at stake during the instant win phase will be assigned randomly according to point no. 39 of the software itself and at times that cannot be determined in advance during the entire period that the Competition is held. The system will send a notification directly to the screen of the Participant’s PC or mobile phone, followed by an e-mail message (to the address entered upon registration in the Competition) that will report the result of the play (win or loss), and in the event of a win, instructions will be given on how to collect the prize. So, the win will be confirmed only if the e-mail message is received. The prizes offered will be awarded on a random basis and managed with special software that cannot be tampered with or manipulated from outside, as confirmed in an expert’s report by a programmer. The Sponsor will provide all documentation concerning the creation and operation of the programme so that any of the necessary checks can be performed. A special expert’s report will be prepared containing the specifics of the system, its technical characteristics and the impossibility of tampering with the system. It is guaranteed that the Participant will not be able to influence or determine the wins in any way, and the principle of equal treatment and protection of public faith is guaranteed. If the software is unable to award all of the scheduled prizes at any time during play, those prizes will be put up for competition again in addition to those already scheduled in any of the remaining days of play. Any prizes not awarded by the system on the last day of the competition will be put up for competition again in the make-up drawing described hereunder. Final Drawing All the Participants that have participated in the instant win phase, regardless of whether or not they won a prize, will automatically participate in the drawing for the final prize. At the end of the Duration, the Sponsor will prepare a specific tabulation containing all the compliant Participants’ names, and which will be used for the drawing. AWARD AND DRAWING The report(s) on the winnings awarded to the Participants will be prepared periodically according to a schedule to be agreed with the appointed public official (a notary belonging to the Notaries Association of Milan or an Official appointed by the Milan Chamber of Commerce) and, regardless, by 15 January 2022, in Milan, at the offices of the Agent or another place to be determined. The Sponsor shall provide the personal details of the winners for this purpose. If some of the prizes at stake have not been awarded, or not recognised due to non-compliance, or not picked up by the end of the Competition, they will be put up for competition by all the Participants who have not won any prize over the course of the entire Duration. In the event a make-up drawing is held, the Sponsor shall provide the applicable file containing the valid participations, from which as many additional winners (and as many back-up winners) as there are any instant prizes that might not yet have been awarded. NOTICES AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZES Instant Win Prizes The Participants who win an Instant Win prize will receive an e-mail at the same time as the Instant Win software response containing the instructions to be followed to pick up the prize.
