COMMENTS: SENDER SCENARIO - URGENT
Dear Shopper,
You will be provided with detailed scenario which you will have to follow during
your visit to Western Union office. Your task will be to evaluate exterior and
interior, agent interaction and the service you receive in the Western Union
office.
We are looking for a Shopper to complete two shops on Sardegna. If you cannot
complete these Shops yourself but you know someone who can, please let me know
by email ASAP. You will get 15 euros if you find us a Shopper who can complete
these two Shops.
Your task will also include a money transfer - YOU WILL HAVE TO PREPAY 30 USD
(or 23.50 euro). This money will be reimbursed when your report is finalized: it
will be added to your Shop Fee.
Questionnaire consists of approx. 60 questions and as many as possible relevant
comments are required. You will have to make sure that filled out questionnaire
is posted within 24 hours after the visit. You will also have to make amendments
within 24 hours after you have received feedback regarding your report from our
editors.
