Verranno selezionate per l'Italia 4600 tester che riceveranno a casa la routine anti-macchia di Caudalie composta da 3 prodotti: siero, essenza e crema notte. Ci si può candidare fino al 15 marzo e, le fortunate ricevranno i prodotti nel mese di Aprile. Nel mese di maggio riceveranno poi istruzioni per dare la loro opinione sui prodotti testati. In bocca al lupo a tutte ;)

“VINOPERFECT ROUTINE TEST”
REGULATIONS ARTICLE 1.
– Organising companyCAUDALIE SAS, a company with its registered office at 6 Place de Narvik, 75008 Paris, registered under number 398 360 123, represented by Mr Bertrand THOMAS in his capacity as Chairman (hereinafter “CAUDALIE”), is organising a test on consumer volunteers of 3 (three) CAUDALIE brand products : - The Vinoperfect anti-dark spot Radiance Serum in 10ml format (hereinafter the “VinoperfectSerum”)- The Vinoperfect Glow Glycolic Essence in 50ml format (hereinafter the “Vinoperfect Essence”)- The Vinoperfect Anti -dark Spot Glycolic Night Cream in 15ml format (hereinafter “VinoperfectNight Cream”).
This Test is being organised to introduce these consumer volunteers to the Vinoperfect Routine and collect their opinions about products on the www.caudalie.comwebsite, under the terms and conditions of these regulations (hereinafter the “Vinoperfect Routine Test”).
ARTICLE 2.
- Conditions of participation
The Vinoperfect Testing Routine is open to anyone of legal age residing in one of the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom United, Russia, Turkey.Participation in the Vinoperfect Testing Routine is free and without obligation to purchase. Only one entry per person is accepted.Participation in the Vinoperfect Testing Routine implies acceptance of these Rules. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
From March 8 to March 15, 2021, the Vinoperfect Testing Routine will be communicated via a sponsored post on Facebook, a post and a sponsored story on Instagram to CAUDALIE subscribers and via the Caudalie Newsletter to MYCAUDALIE members.Interested parties (hereinafter the “Participants”) will click on the Facebook post, the Instagram post or story and will be redirected to the www.caudalie.com page dedicated to the Vinoperfect Testing Routine. On this page, interested parties must first answer the following questionnaire:-First name-Last name-E-mail adress-Full postal address (including postal code, city and country)-phone number-Date of BirthAccéder à la version en Français.

CAUDALIE will select 20,100 people to participate in the Vinoperfect Testing Routine on the basis ofthe above questionnaire or information provided by MYCAUDALIE members (hereinafter the “Testers”).
The 20,100 Testers will be geographically selected as follows:Germany: 3000 testersBelgium: 1400 testers Spain: 2,500 testers France: 4,600 testers Italy: 2,900 testers Netherlands: 400 testers Poland: 300 testers Portugal: 1400 testers United Kingdom: 2,900 testers Russia: 600 testers Turkey.
Selected Testers will receive the Vinoperfect Routine during the month of April 2021 at the mailing address provided during registration, along with information on the products and how to use them recommended by Caudalie.
Testers will receive an email in May to publish a "post-test" notice.

ARTICLE 4.
–Limitation of liabilityWithout this list being exhaustive, CAUDALIE cannot be held liable for: -Any interruptions to servers;-Loss of data; -The consequences of any virus or bug; -Any technical fault that has prevented or limited the possibility of participating in the Vinoperfect Routine Test.The Vinoperfect Routine Testmay be stopped, interruptedor amended as a result of factors beyond CAUDALIE's control that make it impossible to continue the Test.
ARTICLE 5.
–AllergiesThe Tester agrees to read carefully the INCI list of ingredients shown on the Vinoperfect Routine packaging and ensure that they are not allergic to any of the ingredients contained in the product before applying it.CAUDALIE may not be held liable in the event of an allergy triggered by the Tester due to application of Vinoperfect Routine.
ARTICLE 6. -Applicable law and jurisdictionThese regulations are subject to French law.Any difficulty relating to the interpretation, the execution, of these rules will be settled amicably between the parties. If no agreement is reached within one month, the dispute may be submitted to the competent courts under French law.
