Employees of or suppliers to OfficialMerchandise.com, LLC or their immediate family members or anyone else connected in any way with the sweepstakes or helping to set up the sweepstakes shall not be permitted to enter the sweepstakes. 3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this sweepstakes. To submit an alternate entry that requires no action on your part, please email [email protected] and include your name and birthday. Alternate entries without a name and birthday will not be entered 4. Route to entry for the sweepstakes and details of how to enter are via http://www.rockmerch.com/pages/sweepstakes 5. Closing date for entry will be Aug 15th 2020 at 11:59:59 PM, Pacific Time. After this date the no further entries to the sweepstakes will be permitted. 6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. 7. The rules of the sweepstakes and the prize for each winner are as follows: One Grand Prize Winner will choose merchandise valued up to $250 in total on Rockmerch.com. Only one prize will be awarded. There are no runner-up prizes. 8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the sweepstakes and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
