[MEGA GIVEAWAY] Prize Draw
These Rules ("the Rules") apply to the prize draw (“Prize Draw”) run by Lightspeed Research Limited ("Lightspeed"), 4 Millbank, Westminster, London SW1P 3JA, United Kingdom. In participating in this Prize Draw organized by Lightspeed, you accept the below Official Rules.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1.1. Take part by commenting on our Giveaway Facebook post. LINK: Please state your name, postal address, phone number and personal email address.

1.2. Entries should be sent via Facebook, or email no later than 5p.m. UK time on the last day of the promotion. (Friday 22nd February)

1.3. Each email participant can earn one entry to the Prize Draw. There is a set limit of entries.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. The Prize Draw is open only to legal residents of the countries specified below (4.1) who are at least 18 years old. Participants aged less than 18 cannot enter the Prize Draw. To enter LifePoints Mega Giveaway Prize Draw you must be a LifePoints member, start and try to complete at least one (1) survey at LifePoints (www.lifepointspanel.com)

2.2. You and members of your household cannot enter the Prize Draw if you are employed by Lightspeed or any of its wholly owned subsidiaries or any marketing services agency or other company involved directly with the administration of the Prize Draw.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

All entries to the Prize Draw must be received between the [15/02/2019] at 9am UK time and the [22/10/2018] at 5pm UK time.

4. PARTICIPATION AND ELIGIBILITY IN THE PRIZE DRAW

4.1. All legal residents of the Ireland, Indonesia, Vietnam, Spain, Taiwan, France, Canada, South Africa, Italy, Philippines who have agreed on these terms to participate in Lightspeed photo competition offering a choice of one of four prizes as incentive will receive one (1) entry to the Prize Draw during the competition period.

4.2. The winner will be selected at random by a computer process that produces a random result from those valid entries received during the competition period.

4.3. All participants will be informed about the Prize Draw results upon the competition period completion via a comment on Facebook. Lightspeed reserves the right to amend the incentive at any time.

4.4 All participants need to start at least one survey at LifePoints panel (www.lifepointspanel.com). Our community manager will contact the winner to gather their member details. Should this person be unable to prove they have taken part in LifePoints panel surveys (i.e. entered the competition without doing any activity on LifePoints web panel), Their right to the prize will be forfeited and Lightspeed will randomly appoint a different winner.

5. LIMIT ON PARTICIPANTS AND ENTRIES

5.1. There is a limit to the number of entries that a participant can earn during the Promotion Period, subject to clause 4.1.

5.2. There is no limit in the number of participants who can collect entries to the Prize Draw.

6. DATE OF THE DRAW

The draw will take place on [25/02/2019].

7. PRIZES

7.1. One prize will be awarded to the winner of the Prize Draw. Prize is described below. The value of all the prizes awarded to the Prize Draw is approximatively £200-300 GBP inclusive of VAT.

7.2. At the end of the Promotion Period, a list of participants will be established by Lightspeed. One winner will randomly be selected amongst the eligible participants.

7.3. A participant can win only one prize.

7.4. The prizes awarded cannot be exchanged or converted into cash.

7.5. Lightspeed reserves the right to substitute to the prizes described above with other prizes of higher or equal value.

8. WINNERS NOTIFICATION

8.1. Winners will be notified by Facebook message/comment within 5 working days of the draw.

9. LIST OF WINNERS

Details of prize winners are available by emailing Lightspeed.

10. PUBLICITY

All winners may be asked to participate in publicity. By accepting the prize, each winner grants Lightspeed the right to use their name, likeness, home town, biographical information, photograph and the fact that the winner has won a prize for any lawful purpose, without obtaining further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

11. LIABILITY

11.1. Lightspeed shall not be responsible for delayed, lost, mis-addressed, incompleted participations, messages or emails; or of damages or losses of any kind, including, without limitation: (i) special, consequential, indirect or economic losses or damages; or (ii) loss of any of the following: income, revenue, business, profit, anticipated savings, data, time or use, in each case whether such loss or damage arises out of or relating to your use of the Website or a prize.

11.2. Lightspeed shall not be responsible for any damage to participants' computers related to the participation to the Prize Draw or the download of information required to participate to the Prize Draw.

11.3. If Lightspeed does have any liability to you for any reason, this shall be limited to the monetary value of the highest prize. Nothing in this section shall limit or exclude liability for: (i) death or personal injury arising as a result of Lightspeed’s negligence; (ii) losses you suffer which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of Lightspeed’s failure to comply with these Rules; (iii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iv) any other matter for which it would be illegal or unlawful for Lightspeed to exclude or attempt to exclude liability.

12. PERSONAL DATA

12.1. Lightspeed will store all personal data related to the Prize Draw.

12.2. The personal data of the participants will be used by Lightspeed or by Lightspeed selected 3rd party fulfilment vendor for the purpose of emailing the winners about their prizes and for shipping the prizes to the winners. It may also be used for publicity as described in paragraph 10. By participating in this Prize Draw, participants accept for their personal data to be used as stated in clause 12.2 in case they win one of the Prizes.

13. JURIDICTION

13.1. These Rules constitute the entire agreement between you and Lightspeed regarding any promotions run by Lightspeed.

13.2. These Rules and all matters arising out of it shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.

13.3. The parties agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action brought between the parties in relation to all matters arising under or in connection with these Rules shall be the courts sitting in England and Wales. This choice of venue is intended by the parties to be mandatory and not permissive in nature, and to preclude the possibility of litigation between the parties with respect to, or arising out of, these Rules in any jurisdiction other than that specified herein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any action or proceeding outside of the state or federal courts in England and Wales, is necessary to collect or enforce any order, injunction, award or judgment of the United Kingdom court, there shall be no contractual restriction on the jurisdiction or venue for such action or proceeding.

E' cambiata la grafica, ma il funzionamento rimane lo stesso di sempre..arrivi a più del 50% del completamento e ti butta fuori senza nemmeno riconoscerti 5 punti!

...prima del "cambiamento" tempo variabile tra 4 e 10 gg lavorativi (ultima richiesta a gennaio, poco prima dell'accorpamento, ricevuto in 4 gg), sul nuovo panel ho richiesto un pagamento venerdì, e sono in attesa...

...

Ricevuto accredito in 7 giorni, ottimo.
